Toshiba laptop computers are good machines. My experience as an IT Manager for several companies over a number of years has given me a good ability to be able to make reviews for laptop computers and PCs, but one of my jobs in particular gave me a great insight into the Toshiba company and why Toshiba laptop computers are so popular despite being less than the best machine.
Personally I'm a keen fan of Apple, Dell and Acer laptop computers. Also, I've got a soft spot for HP laptop computers because HP were the brand of choice for me for many years while I was studying and couldn't afford the top of the range technology. HP laptop computers are fantastic for the general public market because of affordability and performance for the general functions required by most at-home consumers. But this blog isn't about HP laptop computers, or Apple (my favourite), Dell or Acer. I'll try not to get too distracted, but no promises:)
Toshiba laptop computers were the preference that I found myself facing by a big firm of accountants I worked with for several years. I wondered why at first, not having been exposed to the big company Toshiba phenomenon. This is something I've seen again and again since in my own professional experience and from talking with colleagues. Toshiba supplies large numbers of corporate performance laptops to many big companies around the world and it's no surprise that in doing so they are able to offer these large organisations significant discounts on their computing technology because of the phenomenon of bundling.
You've probably seen this with your home phone, internet and mobile phone. Buy all three from the same company and you get significant savings included in the package from the situation you'd be in if you bought each separately. Well Toshiba does the same thing with laptop computers, photocopiers, faxes and telephones. This is why the companies I've been involved with refused to buy anything except Toshiba laptop computers - they were saving a bundle because of the bundling with their other office technology needs.
If you're in an IT based role and wonder why Toshiba laptop computers are so important then I'm going to try to make this less confusing. I'm also going to give you the ins and outs of Toshiba laptop computers so that you can learn (as I had to do) how to go about giving professional advice in firms that use Toshiba exclusively. You can't go against this system so you need to know how to work with it. I hope it helps.
